The name of H. Y. Bai is yet to be heard of because he isn’t a professional photographer, but this talented young man’s photos have caught the attention of thousands since he uploaded his Flickr photos.   Bai says that he just loves to take photos in his spare time not trying to make a career out of it, but judging by these photos, he has a remarkable gift.

Bai chose static passages as the subject of his photographs – cloudy skies over the mountaintops, starry autumn nights, reflections in the water. He often takes photos at twilight, exploring the way that the sky turns red and reflects on the nearby scenery, creating a beautiful orange and blue contrast. His photographs reflect a sense of being, one with the nature, an homage to the beauty of the world that’s surrounding us. We can only hope that Bai keeps nourishing his passion for photography and providing us with more of his Flickr photos.
